Description: 

Materials for waterproofing foundations and underground structures are waterproof fiber produced through the two-sided installation of high-quality bitumen-polymer cement on a strong rot-proof polyester foundation. These materials are of enhanced durability and wear resistance.

It is not recommended that glass fabric and fiberglass mat based materials be used for foundation waterproofing, since such a type of foundation is not resistant against salts that can be found in subsoil or industrial water. 

Without doubt, the best decision for foundation waterproofing is a bioresistant material! Within the Technicol line the Technoelast type materials match these specifications. Their service life in underground waterproofing can extend for as long as 40 years! 

Areas of application: 

They are intended for the reliable and durable waterproofing of foundations, cellars, and other underground structures.

The following materials can be used depending on foundation type, depth of foundation, and groundwater line:

  • Technoelast: polyester foundation with two-sided installation of bitumen-polymer cement. It is applied to waterproof multipurpose foundations of less than 3 m deep with a low groundwater table, as well as to foundations with a depth of more than 3 m featuring a high groundwater table;
  • Technoelast MOST: polyester foundation with two-sided installation of bitumen-polymer cement. It is applied to waterproof foundations with a depth of less than 3 m featuring a low groundwater table.

Installation:

The materials are welded on using a gas burner on a prepared surface.
