Description:

The materials produced of strong polyester or fiberglass foundation by two-sided placement of bitumen-polymer cement with SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) or APP (atactic polypropylene) polymer modifier. The top side of the materials is surfaced with a coarse-grained slate or basalt dressing compound that protects it from sunlight, and the bottom side is covered with a protective polymer film or fine-grained sand. Due to a strong rot-proof foundation, the material has high heat resistance, mechanical strength and excellent flexibility at negative temperatures. It has a wide range of colors for the dressing compound, which allows for the creation of various roofing designs.

Areas of application:

The materials are to be used as the top layer of roof cladding.

With its high physical and mechanical parameters, the material can be used in various climatic zones, while APP-modifier materials are most optimal for the South, and SBS are better for Central and North applications. The oxidized bitumen materials are a cost-effective solution, but their best performance is in hot regions.

These are fiberglass-based materials which can be used as the top layer, but they are intended for local repair of roof cladding or installation of temporary roof cladding only.

Installation method:

It is welded on the preplaced bottom layer of roof cladding with a gas burner. The materials for the upper layer are a part of roof cladding and cannot be attached in a single layer.
