Description:

This material is a thin cladding produced by the two-sided installation of high-quality bitumen-polymer binder on a strong rot-proof polyester foundation. The upper layer of the cladding has been covered with a protective polypropylene layer for some time past.

These materials combine high-tensile strength with small thickness and are lightweight, which is very convenient when installing them.

These materials include the following:

  • Traditional underlayer claddings based on a fiberglass mat or polyester;
  • The ANDEREP underlayer cladding with a thickness of only 0.7 mm.

 Area of application:

  • Underlayers are used as an underlaying waterproofing layer for flexible shingle and other roofing materials. They are used in both cottages and low-rise buildings, and for reconstruction as well as new structures, serving various purposes.
  • These materials that are surfaced with a protective polypropylene layer (ANDEREP) can be used to install underlayment waterproofing cladding in pitched roofs under bitumen shingles, as well as to install waterproofing cladding in pitched ventilated roofs for use under metal shingle, composite shingle, clay shingle, or bitumen corrugated roofing.

Installation:

The material is installed through use of special clout nails by keeping the required pitch.
